Barbell Club
Our barbell club teaches the Olympic Lifts (snatch and clean and jerk) along with all associated strength protocols to develop the practice of Weightlifting. This is a group session environment for all skill levels lead by USAW certified coach, Pete Starck. We also offer individualized programming that systematically progresses athletes towards their individual goals. Our community provides an inclusive, supportive and collaborative environment.

Mon-Fri 6:00pm, Sat-Sun 9:00am
